Once we ship your order, it will display the UPS or FedEx Tracking Number, allowing you to track your order using our UPS or FedEx integrated link.

2.    How Do I Track My Order?

3.    My Product Tracking Number is Not a Valid UPS or FedEx Number

Yes, you will need to enter your Product Tracking Number found in the Order Confirmation email you received in the Order Status box located on the right-hand side of our website on the red bar.

4.    How Do I Find Out the Length of My Sign? How Long Will It Be?

Use our Preview Tool to estimate the line length of the lettering. Once you select your preferred font and size in the shopping area, choose a color, install method, type your copy in the Text Box, and click and see sign color and length. However, this feature is only available in select categories for now. These line lengths are approximate and may vary by 10% or more. If you need an exact line length, please contact our sales office at Contact Contact Us or call us at 772-581-8810.

5.    I Have a Company Logo or Custom Font. What Should I Do?

We do not offer a design work service. We are a sign letter supply company and it is up to the end user to provide an .EPSor .AIvector file in PC Format for pricing and reproduction of a custom logo. Please contact our office to discuss the specifications of the logo, size, material, and finish. Please provide us with the correct file formats for all custom logos or font requests, so we can give you a quote within 24 business hours. Our Minimum Order Amount on custom orders is $250. We can convert some .PDFfiles into .AIvector files, depending on how it was created. We do not accept .JPG, .BMP, .PMG, .GIF, .IMG,.PNG or any other flat image file type. We only accept vector art. Vector art is an outline-only format and we use that specific art file for cutting your sign letters. Click on the link if you need assistance creating a vector file. We only reproduce custom orders in Brass, Bronze, Copper, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Rustic Steel, Reverse Channel, Acrylic, and Metal on Acrylic materials.

6.    What Type of Font File Do You Use to Create Custom Font?

You will need to provide a .TTF font file in the PC Format for reproduction of a custom font or you can send the .AIvector file of your lettering. To get a price for most custom fonts, add 10% to our standard fonts in the same size, thickness and material. Decorative script fonts may vary in price due to the detail of the font and the excess production time required to reproduce it. Please contact our office to place your order. We only reproduce custom fonts in Brass, Bronze, Copper, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Rustic Steel, Reverse Channel, Acrylic, and Metal on Acrylic materials.

7.    Do You Accept Rush Orders?

Yes, we do accept rush orders. To place a rush order, select an expedited shipping service such as overnight or 2nd day shipping to save you 3 to 4 days in shipping time. Depending on the time of year and how busy the production facilities are, we can ship your order out a day or so earlier than the suggested production and shipping time. Some materials do ship quicker than others, such as our Minnesota Letters. They have the quickest production time, usually 1 to 2 days.

8.    What Are the Installation Patterns?

We use the installation patterns when we use the stud installation method. Installation patterns are templates that provide an exact letter placement and ensure a perfect installation.

9.    What Height Will My Lowercase Letters Be?

Always order letters based on the height of the uppercase letters. The height of the lowercase letters corresponds to the height of the uppercase letters (1/2 to 2/3 the height of the uppercase letters). Large lowercase letters (i.e. bdfghklpqty) are the same height as uppercase letters and small lowercase letters (i.e. acemnorsuvwxz) are 1/2 to 2/3 the height of the uppercase letters.

Plastic Letters

If any letters break or fade, we will replace the defective letters for free. Exterior letters will get dirty. Different weather conditions may affect the letter finish. Clean the letters using agentle and good quality dish soap and water to return the letters to their original condition.

Metal Letters

If any metal letter finish fades or corrodes, we will refinish for free. Some metal finishes require regular cleaning to keep them in good condition. We have clear coated, painted, satin, and polished letters using hardened polyurethane. You can clean the letters using a gentle and good quality dish soap and water. If the face gets scratched, use a good car polish to return the letters to their original condition. We have double-coated painted metal letters with a hardened acrylic polyurethane and oven baked them.

17. Why Do We Have to Create a Login and Password?

Creating a login and password allows you to review past orders, store orders, and save time when ordering.You will only need to add yourshipping and billing information one time and after that, it will be added to all your orders automatically.

You can place an order for a Plotted Drawing after you receive your order. The Plotted Drawing is like the Installation Pattern, but without the stud placement markings. When you receive the Plotted Drawing, screw the studs into the backs of the letters and place them onto the Plotted Drawing to mark the stud locations. Channelletters are available in wide variety of face and trim colors. The channel letter cans are eggshell white. You can install this letter with or without neon. Channel letters do not come with any neon or electrical components. You will receive the channel letters in 2 to 4 business days. Channel letters are for outdoor use only. Our channel letters meet the UL48, UL746c, UL 94v-0 specifications.Only experienced installers should perform all neon and electrical work.

Vinyl Letters
