& exterior signage. They are the ideal material to use for
a rustic or antique look. Available in natural, statuary, antique
and flat black finishes. The statuary and antique finishes have
a very light clearcoat to protect them during shipping and installation
but will wear off very quickly to allow for more rusting. Rustic
hot rolled steel letters will rust over time and may bleed onto
the installation surface. All rustic hot rolled steel letters
are water jet cut. The water jet cutting system uses softened
water pressurized to 45,000 psi forced through an .010 orifice
at 3 times the speed of sound, this technique is used to produce
the highest quality rustic hot rolled steel letters and numbers
available. Waterjet cut rustic hot rolled steel custom logos
and custom type styles are available. Rustic steel letters are
easy to install
with studs and an installation pattern, showing you precisely
where to drill your mounting holes. |
