Reverse channel fabricated letters are cut from high grade sheets of #304 alloy stainless steel or stainless steel coated with a thin tinted titanium. Reverse channel letter faces are laser cut from premium 22 gauge stainless steel for most sizes and for larger letters we use a 20 gauge material to provide the proper balance of weight and strength. Reverse channel fabricated letters are available with polished mirror faces and returns. Reverse channel letters are a great alternative to flat cut metal letters because they are lighter and offer more dimension. All of our reverse channel letters come with a lifetime guarantee. The welds have been tested and are built strong enough to endure below -40ºF and exceed 350ºF. Our stainless steel reverse channel letters are perfect for LED or neon lighting. Reverse Channel letters do not come with any neon or electrical components. All reverse channel letters are custom hand made letters.
