RETURN DEPARTMENT

Any letter that is defective due to material or manufacturer defects will be accepted for return. Please fill in the form below and we will issue you a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Due to the nature of our business, sign and component parts are produced as orders are received. They are therefore, custom and made to order for specific customers. But, as a service to you, we will offer a credit of up to 50% of the cost should you need to return any goods that were ordered in error or canceled by the end user. Changeable letters can be returned for a full credit. Foam, Sintra and simulated brass/stainless letters we offer a 25% credit. You are responsible for reading and approving the customer receipt at time of the order and Invoice. Sign Designs, Inc. D.B.A. BuySignLetters.com cannot be responsible for any discrepancies over looked during the customer review process.

You are required to pay the shipping costs for a return. Items such as mounting patterns and art fee's cannot be credited .
